When the user signs in with Google, the app may process basic account information such as Firebase UID, display name, and email address so gameplay progress can be associated with the player account.

The app stores gameplay information such as completed levels, level statistics, lives, coins, ICE inventory, player nickname, avatar selection, audio preferences, control preferences, zoom preferences, and locally downloaded game session data.

If the user chooses to receive news from Xloont Games, the app stores this consent together with the user name and email address.

If the user sends internal feedback through the game review prompt, the app stores the submitted message, related level number, and account identifiers needed to understand and respond to the feedback.

The app uses Google AdMob rewarded ads. AdMob and Google Play services may process technical data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate technical information, ad interactions, and diagnostics according to Google policies.

The app may process technical data required by Android, iOS, Firebase, Google Play, and App Store services for installation, compatibility, authentication, storage, ads, and proper app operation.

Gameplay data is used to keep the game functional, unlock levels, restore progress, manage lives and in-game resources, and preserve the player experience across sessions.

Google Sign-In data is used for authentication, cloud progress association, and authorized communication when the user opts in to receive news.

Feedback data is used to understand issues, improve gameplay, and prioritize future updates.

Rewarded ads are used to offer optional in-game rewards, such as recovering lives, earning ICE, or unlocking downloadable game sessions after the user watches a video.

Technical data is used to support app stability, compatibility, security, distribution, and expected device behavior.

Xloont does not sell user personal data.

The app uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage, to authenticate users, store game-related information, and deliver downloadable game content.

The app uses Google AdMob for rewarded advertising. Advertising-related data may be processed by Google according to Google AdMob and Google Play policies.

Store-level and platform services may involve infrastructure operated by Google Play, Apple, Firebase, and related providers according to their own policies.

Some data is stored locally on the device, including app preferences, cached levels, downloaded sessions, and gameplay state needed for offline continuity.

Some data may be stored remotely in Firebase, including user profile data, completed level progress, lives, in-game economy information, marketing consent, and internal feedback.

Remote level files may be downloaded from Firebase Storage so the user can play additional game sessions after they are unlocked.

Locally stored game data remains on the device while the app is installed or until the user clears app data, resets local data, or uninstalls the app.

Remote account-related data may remain in Firebase for as long as necessary to provide gameplay continuity, support user requests, comply with legal obligations, or maintain service integrity.

Users can delete their account directly inside the app through the account deletion option, or request deletion support by contacting xloont@gmail.com.

Rewarded ads are optional interactions used to provide in-game benefits after the user chooses to watch an ad.

The game may use ads to support free gameplay and future development of Xloont games.

Ad personalization, measurement, and related controls may depend on the user device, Google account, platform settings, and applicable consent choices.

We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect data processed by the application. Even so, no system is completely risk-free.

The application is not specifically directed to children.
