Privacy Policy

This document explains what data the BipPagger application processes, why it is used, and how the user can contact Xloont.

1. Who we are

BipPagger is a Wear OS application published by Xloont Inovations.

2. Data we collect

The application may process user and installation identifiers such as Firebase UID, publicId, and FCM token.

It may also process public IDs and nicknames of contacts added in the application, short messages sent as bips, and technical device data such as model and manufacturer.

3. How we use the data

We use this data to identify the watch, enable sending and receiving bips, maintain the user contact list, and synchronize events between the device and the application infrastructure.

The data may also be used for push notification delivery and service continuity.

4. Data sharing

The data is processed using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Xloont does not sell user personal data.

5. Local and remote storage

Part of the data may be stored locally on the watch for contact caching.

Part of the data may be stored remotely in the application Firebase infrastructure.

6. Retention and deletion

The data is retained for as long as necessary for the application to function or until it is removed by the app publisher.

7. Security

We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect the data processed by the application. Even so, no system is completely risk-free.

8. Children

The application is not specifically directed to children.
