1. Who we are
X3Match, also identified in the app as Xloont 3Match, is a Wear OS puzzle game published by Xloont Inovations.

2. Data we collect
The game primarily stores gameplay information locally on the watch, such as current score, best score, recent score history, and basic in-game preferences.
Preference settings such as sound and vibration toggles are also stored locally so the experience stays consistent between sessions.
The app may process limited technical data required by Android and Google Play for installation, compatibility, and proper app operation on the device.
3. How we use the data
Local data is used to keep the game functional, remember user preferences, and preserve gameplay continuity across sessions.
Score and history information is used only to display personal progress and on-device performance records.
Technical app data is used only to support stability, distribution, and expected device behavior.
4. Data sharing
X3Match does not sell user personal data.
The game is designed to work without mandatory user account registration for normal play.
We do not use gameplay progress to build advertising profiles inside the app.
5. Local and remote storage
Gameplay progress, top scores, and settings are stored locally on the watch.
The core game loop does not require a remote player account or cloud sync to be playable.
App distribution and store-level services may involve platform infrastructure operated by Google Play according to their own policies.
6. Retention and deletion
Locally stored game data remains on the device while the app is installed, or until the user clears the app data.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes locally stored gameplay information according to the device behavior.
7. Security
We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect data processed by the application. Even so, no system is completely risk-free.
8. Children
The application is not specifically directed to children.
