Delete your player account

The fastest way to delete your account is through the account deletion option available inside The Great Escape app.

1. How The Great Escape accounts work

The Great Escape uses Google Sign-In to create and identify the player account. The account is used to save gameplay progress, unlocked levels, level statistics, lives, coins, ICE inventory, preferences, and related game data.

The app may store this information locally on the device and remotely using Firebase services so the player experience can continue across sessions and supported devices.

2. How to delete your account inside the app

Open The Great Escape on your device and sign in with the same Google account used to play the game.

Open the player profile or in-game menu, choose the account deletion option, read the confirmation message, and confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, the app starts the deletion flow for the Google-linked player profile and related game data controlled by Xloont.

3. How to request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account or data deletion by contacting xloont@gmail.com.

Please include the name of the app, The Great Escape, and the email address used to sign in to the game so Xloont can identify the related player account.

Email requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 30 days after Xloont receives enough information to identify the account.

4. What data is deleted

Account deletion removes the Google-linked player profile and gameplay data controlled by Xloont for The Great Escape.

This may include completed level progress, level statistics, lives, coins, ICE inventory, player nickname, avatar selection, audio preferences, control preferences, zoom preferences, marketing consent, and internal feedback associated with the account when applicable.

Locally stored data on the device can also be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

5. Data that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or infrastructure backup integrity.

Platform-managed data processed by Google Play, Firebase, Google Sign-In, AdMob, Apple, or other third-party services may be retained according to their own policies and user account settings.
